How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are charged once upfront for 12 months of access at a lower effective monthly price. Your account shows your current credits and billing status any time you want to check where things stand.
When are credits deducted?
A credit is used only when a generation succeeds and returns an image. Failed, blocked, or incomplete attempts do not use credits.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade when you need more volume or commercial rights. Upgrades apply right away, while downgrades stay on your current plan until the end of the billing period.
Can I cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account. You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period, and you won’t be charged again after that.
What counts as a generation?
One successful image output counts as one generation. If no image is delivered, it does not count against your balance.
When does the free plan reset?
Registered free accounts get 5 successful generations each calendar month. Anonymous visitors get 3 each month before they need to sign up. If you are right at the turn of the month, the reset may happen a little earlier or later depending on your time zone.
Do credit packs expire?
No. Credit packs are one-time top-ups for paid plans, and they do not expire. Your included plan credits are used first, then extra pack credits are used after that.
